I would like to thank first of all the team that supports me every day and my collaborators who have contributed in a determined way to the success of the company”.

Hinting at the innovations that are coming, Falleti added: “In addition to confirming our presence in the world of Formula 1 as suppliers of ultra-lightweight coatings throughout 2022. But what places us at the top of a growing success are the confirmations in the world of food and industrial packaging, with the use of the protective Polysil used in thousands of food plants, for the protection of steel, aluminum and electric motors, thanks to its food certifications and excellent surface corrosion protection. Significant market shares have been acquired thanks to the protective Polypack, a product that allows the elimination of plastic, making the food cardboard waterproof, but which is also used on the cardboard used in packaging of ceramic or industrial products, which no longer requires the use of plastic to counteract rain or humidity.

Among the factors that have contributed to Nanoprom Chemicals’ great growth in recent years, and that have allowed it to establish itself in FT1000 Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies 2022, we find the constant commitment to research and development that has seen, in 2021 alone, an economic investment of 18.5% of turnover, divided between consultancy, external laboratories and universities, with targeted research to create innovative solutions. Demonstrating the extensive research and development work done, Nanoprom has filed 7 new patent applications between 2020 and 2022, ranging from electronics to aircraft and satellite coatings.

But apart from the patents, the results in industrial applications give us the value of our products. The last two projects have led to a significant reduction in the weight of paint on a drone and a helicopter: the weight of the coating on the first has gone from 17 kg to 3.5 kg, while on the second from 7 kg to 1 kg.

It is estimated that for the automotive sector it is possible, through the exploitation of Nanoprom products, to reduce the weight of a car’s paint job by 80%, if this is not enough, even the cx will have a reduction of about one percentage point, to give an understandable example, if an F1 car is painted with the Nanoprom cycle it has been estimated that on the Monza circuit the gain after 53 laps is about 800 meters, under the same conditions compared to a car that uses a traditional paint job. Even the washing of a car can be carried out only with water, without aggressive detergents. In fact, the surface of a car will behave exactly like the best non-stick frying pan you can find in your kitchen.

Last but not least, our materials are 100% recyclable and totally fire retardant.”

Nanoprom Chemicals, which is present with its products in various sectors (from nautical to aerospace, from ceramics to Formula 1, thanks to its ultra-lightweight paints), has been included for the first time in the prestigious FT1000 Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies, that is the special ranking curated by the economic newspaper Financial Times in collaboration […]

[63,92

post-890","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-company-news-en","category-press-en
["GET
